From Heartwarming Reunions to Tasty Escapades: Our Unforgettable Journey at OFF and Lambtown!

We've had quite the adventure at OFF and Lambtown, and oh, do we have tales to tell!

Picture this: We're setting up our cozy little booth at OFF, and who do we bump into but Alexandra from Alexandra, the Art of Yarn? It was a reunion that brought out all the feels—imagine long-lost friends spotting each other across the room, arms flung wide open, emotions bubbling over. Yeah, it was that kind of joyous.

Alexandra and I became the dynamic duo of Madden Hall at Lambtown. Together, we were unstoppable, sharing snacks to beat the dreaded hangry, covering for quick dashes to the loos, and swapping tales like old pals do. Those tiny moments? Pure gold.

The most delightful surprise was the parade of bright-eyed women who shared tales of discovering our passion project through their moms. Picture it: generations connected by scent and memory, each bar a time capsule. That's not just business, folks; that's legacy.

Our hearts nearly burst with warmth when we heard from so many of you that you've missed us and were thrilled to bits to see us back. Your hugs, smiles, and stories were the true highlights of our days. Really, you had us at "We've missed you!" It's what fuels this dream.

And because so many of you ask, we're going to dish about where we eat when on the road:

Vault 244 Bistro/Lounge in Albany, OR, offers a relaxed dining experience. While I don't drink their artfully crafted cocktails look delish, and their meals made from local/sustainable ingredients check all our boxes.

Bandon Fish Market, Bandon, OR, offers the best fish and chips and smoked salmon chowder on the Oregon coast. The portions are generous, and the prices are extremely reasonable.

This is the best pizza we've had on the West Coast. Groundlings Pizza Company in Gold Beach, OR, delivers golden crusts with toppings so fresh you'd swear the veggies were picked right after you ordered them. This place has it all! Its river view, wood-fired oven, and chill staff makes this my "always stop" list.

Then, there is the unexpected magic of Red 88 Kitchen and Bar in Willows, CA, where Mex meets Asian in a fusion that feels like fireworks on your tongue. My body left there feeling completely healthy and satisfied. This little gem in this small town is a must-stop.

Vanda Orchid Thai Bistro in Dixon, CA, stole a piece of our hearts (and stomachs) with rich and authentic flavors; you'd swear you've been transported. Eating healthy food when working twelve hour days on your feet is imperative for staying mentally sharp and physically well, and their fresh spring rolls are the perfect meal.

Let's talk about how Solono Baking Company became our morning sanctuary. Their coffee made us greet the sunrise with a smile, and their breakfast bowls were the fuel we needed to start our day.

A hidden gem of a Mexican restaurant right off the I5 in central California, Robertas Taqueria in Williams, CA, has been one of my favorites for over ten years. Sometimes, I sit and take a break, and other times, I get my food to go.

Ultimately, as much as we love talking about the oh-so-yummy eats and the products we pour our hearts into, it's really about you. Yes, you! The laughs we share, the stories we tell, and the connections we forge. You're the reason this journey feels so darn special. Thank you!

So, here's to you, us, and all the creatives in between. We're excited for the future and can't wait to share more experiences with you, one whiff of nostalgia (and a slice of pizza) at a time.

With a wink and the biggest of hugs, LoLo
