Yes! If ordering a new scent, purchase a Lov first to see how it reacts with your own body chemistry; then go for the bigger size.
If ordering a new product for the first time, order the trial or travel size first before committing to full-size containers.
When will my order ship?
We commit to making and shipping your product within three business days after payment is processed.
Exception: the last two weeks of November -> the first two weeks of December. Us and USPS get hammered. Filling orders and getting them in the mail can take up to 7 business days; we ship every day. If you haven't received a tracking number from us it means we are hard at work on your order. If you've received a tracking number, it means your order is in the hands of USPS. USPS tracking can give you the best delivery information.

When can I expect delivery?
Your order is shipped from our studio in Green Valley, Arizona. Once your package is in the hands of USPS, delivery is out of our control. We are not responsible for acts of Mother Nature, holidays, delays, or theft from mailboxes. We understand the frustration of products left in hot mailboxes, late delivery, and missing mail, and supply you with a tracking number so you can pin it down.
What shipping company do you use?
USPS in all its forms is first class, priority, and priority flat rate mail with delivery confirmation as an option within the 50 States.

How do you calculate shipping?
Orders are calculated based on weight and zones according to usps.com. If your order is more than $78.00 (after any discounts) you will automatically receive free shipping (US addresses only). You will receive an email notice which includes the tracking number.
Do you ship internationally (including Canada)?
Yes. You may also purchase our products from Canadian retailers. Please contact them directly
Our products have not been tested on animals (though animals have been known to eat our products or heavily lick those who have used our products).
The safety of our products has not been determined.
It is our policy to never share or sell your information to anyone or any company. Your information is completely confidential.
We work really hard to handcraft quality products that are safe for you and the environment. We are going to assume that you are ecstatically happy with your purchase if you don't contact us within 30 days after your purchase.
Goodwill of product returns: within 14 days we'll refund you 100% if you truly don't like the product or it is defective.14-30 days you'll receive 1/2 refund. After 30 days no refund. If the product is unused and you would like to exchange it for a different scent we can do so within 30 days as well. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Please note that merchandise purchased from other retailers, including independent stores, specialty stores, home party organizers, etc must be returned to the store et al, from which it was originally purchased, and is subject to the return policy of the originating retailer et al.
